Job Title: Creative Director - Brand Visionary

This role involves leading the creative strategy and direction for client campaigns across various mediums, including print, digital, and social media.

  • Conduct thorough research to conceptualize and deliver impactful brand campaigns that meet or exceed client expectations.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, comprising copywriters, planners, and servicing experts, to develop innovative ideas and solutions.

  • Translate business objectives into visually striking concepts that drive brand growth and customer engagement.

  • Guide and mentor a team of designers, visualizers, and junior creatives to ensure high standards of quality and consistency.

  • Review and refine creative outputs before presentation to clients and internal stakeholders, maintaining the highest level of quality and attention to detail.

  • Present campaign ideas and strategies confidently to clients and internal stakeholders, effectively communicating the value proposition and key differentiators.

  • Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge in terms of creativity and innovation.

About the Role:

  • A minimum of 6-8 years of experience in advertising or design, preferably within an agency setting.

  • Strong skills in conceptualization, art direction, and campaign development.

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and After Effects, as well as familiarity with emerging tools and technologies.

  • A deep understanding of branding, typography, visual storytelling, and integrated campaigns.

  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities, with a proven track record of driving high-performing teams.

  • The ability to think strategically, present persuasively, and deliver results under tight deadlines.
