Job Title

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Technician to perform various maintenance tasks and ensure the smooth operation of our facilities.

Detailed Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular preventive maintenance activities for electrical panels, DG sets, HVAC units, STP/WTP plants, elevators, fire fighting systems, and plumbing and sanitary systems.
  • Diagnose and repair faults in electrical systems, HVAC, plumbing lines, motors, pumps, etc.
  • Ensure daily checklist and log sheet entries are completed for generator readings, electrical load consumption, water levels in tanks and pumps, HVAC operational logs, fire system control panel status, and maintain stock of consumables and spare parts.
  • Ensure all systems function in accordance with statutory and safety regulations.
  • Assist in inspections by auditors, external vendors, or statutory bodies.
  • Respond to emergency maintenance requests such as power failures, water leakages, or system breakdowns.
  • Maintain and update records of maintenance checklists, PM schedules, asset register, repair logs, daily activity reports, inventory logs, and safety inspection checklists.

Requirements:

  • Understanding of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) systems.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and OM manuals.
  • Knowledge of tools, instruments, and maintenance techniques.
  • Familiarity with BMS (Building Management Systems) is a plus.
