Commercial Real Estate Professional

We are seeking a seasoned Commercial Real Estate expert to fill this challenging role. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing CRE loan originations, preparing comprehensive Asset Summary Reports, and underwriting commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyzing the U.S. Commercial Real Estate market trends across various property types, including Multifamily, Office, Retail, Industrial, Lodging, and Healthcare.
  • Preparing Property Operating Statements and Rent Roll analysis reports to provide actionable insights.
  • Experience in end-to-end CRE Portfolio Monitoring activity on behalf of financial institutions.
  • The ability to perform complex tasks with minimal supervision and adapt to changing priorities.
  • A strong focus on self-learning and sharing best practices within the team.
  • Proficiency in Excel functions is mandatory, while VBA knowledge is not required.
  • Familiarity with various data sources like REIS, CoStar.

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of the U.S. Commercial Real Estate industry trends.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to deliver results-driven solutions.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and maintain high levels of productivity.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Excel functions is mandatory.
  • Familiarity with various data sources like REIS, CoStar.
