Senior Commercial Real Estate Executive

  We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our lending services division in Bengaluru. As a senior Commercial Real Estate Specialist, you will oversee the delivery of end-to-end lending life cycle activities across CRE products.

  Key responsibilities include expanding our CRE franchise by supporting sales teams, explaining clients about our lending services, and identifying efficiency gains and process improvements.

  You will work closely with senior leadership, technology solution teams, and stakeholders to manage client deliverables and further expand our offerings through various value propositions.

  Responsibilities:

  • Expand the CRE business
  • Ensure adherence to client SLAs and policies
  • Collaborate across functions and stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes
  • Identify opportunities for improvement in efficiency and process optimization
  • Add value to deliverables across different processes within the loan life cycle
  • Mentor junior team members and review their deliverables
  • Escalate risks and mitigants in a timely manner
  • Partner with Acuity technology solutions team to provide client-driven offerings

  Requirements:

  • 14-18 years of experience in Commercial Real Estate business
  • Deep understanding of CRE lending products and platforms
  • Understanding of mortgage documents, origination procedures, underwriting, and monitoring
  • Excellent written, verbal communication, logical, and analytical skills
  • Experience working with sales teams to create marketing collateral and respond to RFPs
  • Experience drafting SOPs and ensuring compliance with company policies
  • Strong relationship building with internal and external stakeholders
