Software Developer Role

Required Skills and Qualifications

We're looking for engineers who:

  • Are passionate about JavaScript/TypeScript and love working with the NodeJS ecosystem (especially NestJS).
  • Have experience with PostgreSQL, able to write and optimize raw SQL queries.
  • Are familiar with Kafka, Redis, and Docker containers.
  • Feel comfortable deploying and managing services on AWS.
  • Enjoy learning and adopting new technologies, frameworks, and tools.
  • Can grasp and reason through complex systems and data flows.
  • Are enthusiastic about solving tough bugs and improving system resilience.

Bonus Points For

  • Exposure to Retool or other low-code/internal tooling platforms.
  • Basic proficiency in Python scripting.
  • Familiarity with GitHub Actions, JIRA, secret management, or Datadog (or similar observability tools).
