Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented MIS Executive with strong hands-on experience in Power BI and Advanced Excel. This is a key role in driving business outcomes through data-driven insights.

  • Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI and Advanced Excel to meet stakeholder needs.
  • Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources to extract actionable findings that inform strategic decisions.
  • Present complex data insights and KPIs to senior leadership in a clear and visually compelling format to drive business outcomes.
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications and develop scalable reporting solutions that support decision-making.
  • Monitor data quality and ensure accurate reporting and analytics to maintain trust in the organization's data systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, sales, and finance to understand data needs and identify opportunities for improvement.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in data analysis and dashboard creation, proven expertise in Power BI, advanced proficiency in MS Excel, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and presentation skills, and the ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
