We are seeking a visionary Digital Brand Strategist to lead our digital marketing efforts.

About the Role

As a seasoned expert in digital brand management, you will be responsible for crafting innovative strategies and campaigns to position and establish our digital brand. This role requires a deep understanding of consumer behavior, insights, and analytics to drive sales and accelerate online growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Crafting and executing cutting-edge digital brand strategies to reinforce our market presence
  • Developing and implementing strategic plans that cater to diverse consumer profiles and preferences
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Growth, and Product/Engineering, to ensure marketing strategy supports and accelerates business growth
  • Managing and overseeing internal teams, including product marketing, content, PR, media solutions, as well as external agencies, to deliver cohesive marketing efforts
  • Fostering a strong and consistent brand message across all channels and marketing initiatives
  • Driving sales by leveraging a deep understanding of consumer behavior, insights, and analytics
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
  • Developing monthly calendar plans for digital content and implementing the overall digital marketing strategy
  • Monitoring progress and updating stakeholders on key performance indicators
  • Leading, training, and retaining team members, while motivating them to achieve desired targets
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest technology and best practices in digital marketing
  • Overseeing multiple digital marketing channels and social media platforms
  • Evaluating and measuring ROI and KPIs of team members and providing actionable feedback
  • Maintaining digital marketing budgets and ensuring effective resource allocation
  • Overseeing company social media accounts and managing online content
  • Analyzing SEO and Google Analytics data to inform marketing decisions
  • Designing and executing inbound marketing plans
  • Identifying sales performance trends and developing proactive strategies
  • Leading digital marketing teams and driving collaborative efforts
  • Conducting competitive research, benchmarking, and suggesting improvements to enhance marketing effectiveness
