Cloud Infrastructure Lead

Job Profile:

We are seeking a skilled Cloud Infrastructure Lead to oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of our infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have experience with cloud technologies, file transfer protocols, and DevOps practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as an individual contributor and lead/coach the team technically.
  • Provide consultancy and solutions to customers regardless of product stack used.
  • Drive technical discussions and stand-ups for key deliverables.
  • Identify toil and develop automated solutions with reduced effort.
  • Troubleshoot level 3 issues for listed technologies.
  • Have experience with AWS Cloud and Python language.
  • Hands-on with DevOps and pipeline using Github actions.
  • Aware of end-to-end transfer architecture including DMZ and load-balancers.
  • Plan, coordinate, and apply patch/upgrade of FTP software.
  • Certificate Management involving CSR generation and implementation.
  • Perform OS & DB maintenance activities.
  • Work on service requests and user fulfillment related to provisioning, deployments, assistance, etc.
  • Provide on-call support for priority issues.
  • Understand vulnerabilities and how to fix them as per security guidelines.
  • Perform Disaster Recovery.
  • Know audit requirements and how to coordinate and fulfill them.

Requirements:

  • Excellent technical skills in cloud infrastructure and DevOps.
  • Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with AWS Cloud and Python language.
  • Familiarity with file transfer protocols and end-to-end transfer architecture.
  • Ability to troubleshoot level 3 issues and provide on-call support.
  • Knowledge of security guidelines and disaster recovery procedures.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams and collaborate effectively.
