Branch Operations Lead

The Branch Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing the overall operations of our Commercial Real Estate Branch Office. As a strategic and execution-heavy position, this individual will be responsible for managing the branch's revenue goals while ensuring seamless coordination across support functions such as HR, Marketing, Accounts, and Inventory.

This is an ideal opportunity for a seasoned professional with 10-15 years of experience and at least 4-5 years in a city-level leadership role. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing both sales and support functions, with a strong grip on CRM systems, sales funnel monitoring, and dashboard reviews.

Required skills and qualifications:
