Quality Assurance Engineering Role

This is a challenging and rewarding role for an experienced Quality Assurance Engineer who can take ownership of the quality of software products. The ideal candidate will have expertise in automation testing, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication abilities.

The role involves developing automated tests to ensure high-quality software products are delivered on time and to specification. This includes researching available tools to identify and implement those that enhance testing capabilities and product quality at a cost-effective rate.

We are looking for a skilled Quality Assurance Engineer with experience in automation testing, particularly with Selenium WebDriver and/or Playwright. Strong knowledge of Copado Robotic Testing (CRT) or Copado CI/CD pipelines is also essential. Additionally, proficiency in test strategy, automation frameworks, and version control is required.

The successful candidate will work closely with Product Management, Project Management, Engineering, and Operations teams to plan testing for product delivery and assure quality standards. They will be responsible for configuring, maintaining, and administering testing tools or environments, as well as developing and executing automated and performance testing for assigned projects.

To be successful in this role, you will need to maintain flexibility to react quickly to changes in priorities or circumstances to meet business needs. You will also be expected to report issues and results, researching and identifying root causes as necessary. Ensuring testing addresses requirements agreed with stakeholders is also crucial.
