We're seeking a highly skilled Software Testing and Automation Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your expertise in software testing and automation to drive digital transformation, enhance operational efficiency, and achieve sustainability.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining automated test scripts using Selenium, leveraging scripting languages such as Python, JAVA, C#, JavaScript, Ruby, and PHP. You will also have hands-on experience with functional testing of applications like Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Oracle Cloud Fusion, and Financials.
A key aspect of this position is analyzing and improving existing test automation strategies and processes. You will drive automation adoption and productivity improvement through automation, collaborate with development and QA teams across shores, and define efficient methods to create test cases.
You will ensure continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines include automated testing, empower and enhance delivery from offshore, and drive innovation and continuous improvement. Additionally, you will lead initiatives to drive reusability and consistency with industry-standard best practices.
To succeed in this role, you will need 12+ years of experience in software testing and test automation, with at least 3+ years of experience working as a Test Lead and driving improvements. You must have mandatory experience with Selenium testing web, mobile, and APIs, as well as experience in mobile automation using tools like Appium.
A strong understanding of CI/CD processes is essential, along with proven experience in designing test automation frameworks using various scriptless automation tools.
