IT Audit Manager Position

We are seeking a seasoned IT audit professional to fill this critical role. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality IT audit assignments and ensuring the highest level of quality in your work.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a risk-based audit framework that meets regulatory requirements and adopts industry best practices.
  • Manage and liaise with outsourced audit partners to reduce audit time and cost while improving efficiency and delivering high-quality audit work products.
  • Establish and maintain a Quality Assurance and Improvement program, facilitating internal and external quality assessments.
  • Engage in advisory roles to provide support to IT projects related to internal controls and IT risk management.
Requirements:
  • A degree holder with 5-12 years' experience in IT audits, preferably in the financial services sector.
  • Hold a CISA certification; other preferable certifications include CISM/CRISC/CISSP.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Sound knowledge of key regulations and guidelines.
  • Excellent project and relationship management skills, with experience in team handling.
  • Critical thinking, analytical, and data handling skills.
  • High energy, passion, and self-starter attitude with good presentation skills, strong time management, and organizational skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work as a team.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
