Corporate Legal Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Legal professional to assume a key role in enabling and supporting our core lending operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft, review, and negotiate legal documentation for co-lending transactions, securitisation, debt instruments, and related security documents.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and provide legal support accordingly.
  • Liaise with external counsels, lenders, and financial institutions to ensure timely and compliant execution of transactions.
  • Ensure all documentation is in line with applicable legal, regulatory, and RBI guidelines.
  • Support due diligence, risk mitigation, and legal compliance checks related to lending activities.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • 3+ years of relevant experience in the lending/financial services space.
  • Strong legal knowledge and prior exposure in co-lending structures, PTC / DA documentation, debt and borrowing transactions.
  • Prior work experience in a FinTech, NBFC, or Banking environment is highly preferred.
  • Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment.
