Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop strategies to engage with new leads and convert them into paid bookings.
  • Ensure timely responses to new leads and log them in the CRM system.
  • Discovery: Identify lead requirements—date, budget, group size, location, vibe, then shortlist 2–3 matching experiences.
  • Follow-ups: Send concise summaries, payment links/next steps, and gentle reminders.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate stages and ensure every lead has a clear next action + timestamp.
What You'll Learn:
  • Effective consultative selling techniques for premium experiences
  • Careful attention to CRM discipline and funnel metrics (lead → won)
  • Skillful objection handling without defaulting to discounts
  • Writing crisp, friendly WhatsApp/call scripts
Requirements:
  • Strong written & spoken English communication skills.
  • Positive phone/WhatsApp presence; quick typing and clean formatting
  • Basic proficiency in Google Sheets; comfort with checklists and templates
  • High ownership and reliability in work
KPIs:
  • Speed to First Response: ≤ 5 minutes during working hours
  • Follow-up Discipline: 100% leads carry a next step
  • Conversion Assist: Meet weekly won-deals target set by manager

This internship can last from 2–3 months with potential for conversion into a full-time role based on performance.
