We are seeking an individual to implement life skills programs in schools. Our ideal candidate will have experience in coordinating, training and implementing educational programs.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining implementation timelines and milestones, ensuring successful program implementation by taking necessary decisions and actions as required for smooth delivery of the program at assigned schools. They will also ensure open communication flow with stakeholders for smooth functioning and program success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Program Development:
    • Collaborate with the content team to ensure program quality, closely involved in creation, review and signoff of programs prior to implementation.
    • Maintain daily involvement with the content team and actively participate in content quality and ensure program readiness to go live.
    • Actively participate in strategy and planning of multiple offerings for parents, teachers and students as workshops, seminars and training programs.
    • Support marketing and operations strategies and rollouts.
  • Program Implementation:
    • Maintain implementation timelines and milestones.
    • Ensure successful implementation by taking essential decisions and actions as required for smooth delivery of the program at assigned schools.
    • Ensure open communication flow with all stakeholders for smooth functioning and program success.
  • School Collaboration:
    • Presentation and collaboration activities related to networking and acquiring new schools to support business development activities.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with school administrators, teachers, and academic heads.
    • Conduct needs assessments and feedback from schoolteachers and management.
    • Address concerns and challenges faced by schools during implementation.
    • Facilitate/Organize workshops and training sessions for school staff on program delivery.
  • Program Delivery:
    • Program rollout at schools (especially high school programs) in order to ensure smooth delivery of the program.
    • Conduct classes for students as and when required.
    • Conduct training programs for teachers as and when required.
    • Conduct orientation programs for parents and teachers as and when required.
    • Observe the classes conducted by teachers to evaluate the effectiveness of the program delivery.
    • Provide support on Learning Management System (LMS) including content management, timely first level support to schools and coordinate with LMS technical team for bug fixes and enhancements.
  • Teacher Support:
    • Provide ongoing support and guidance to teachers in delivering the programs effectively.
    • Conduct training sessions on program content, pedagogy, and assessment methods.
    • Facilitate collaboration and knowledge sharing among teachers.
  • Data Collection and Reporting:
    • Collect data on program implementation and impact.
    • Prepare reports for further action.
    • Identify areas for improvement for content based on feedback received.
  • Travel:
    • Willingness to travel to assigned schools for program implementation and support activities.
