We are seeking a seasoned hospitality professional to oversee the day-to-day operations of our property.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic and Operational Leadership:

  • Develop and execute operational strategies to drive business growth and excellence.
  • Take ownership of property operations, ensuring seamless functioning and high-quality service delivery.
  • Monitor performance metrics and implement improvements to achieve business objectives.
Team Management:

Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and high performance within your team.

  • Lead, mentor, and manage property teams, including managers, housekeeping, front office, and security staff.
  • Identify training needs and organize capacity-building initiatives to enhance team capabilities.
Guest Experience:

Deliver exceptional guest experiences by upholding our service standards and addressing feedback proactively.

  • Ensure that all guests receive a warm welcome and exceptional service throughout their stay.
  • Handle escalated guest concerns and resolve issues promptly to maintain brand reputation.
Budget and Financial Management:

Oversee property budgets, monitor expenditures, and ensure adherence to financial plans.

  • Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising on quality or guest satisfaction.
Compliance and Standards:

Ensure that all branch operations comply with company policies, local regulations, and safety standards.

  • Conduct regular audits to maintain quality and operational consistency across properties.
Qualifications and Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience of 4-5 years in hospitality management, with a focus on multi-property or branch-level operations.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to handle large and diverse teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • Financial acumen with experience in budgeting, cost control, and P&L management.
  • A bachelor's or master's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
