Job Summary

This is a senior-level position that requires a high level of expertise in regulatory reporting. The successful candidate will have 8+ years of experience in Consulting, Product Management, or Financial Services.

  • A Chartered Accountant or MBA degree is required for this role.
  • Experience with MS Excel and fluency in English language skills are highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities

The Principal/Subject Matter Expert-Regulatory Reporting will be responsible for delivering complex change projects in financial and regulatory reporting.

  • Lead implementation engagements with leading banks and financial institutions.
  • Develop project plans, identify risks, and coordinate stakeholders.
  • Explain product features and business requirements to clients.
  • Design solutions for data management, computations, and end-state reporting outputs.
  • Proactively improve processes and resolve queries.
  • Understand financial products and their impact on reporting requirements.
  • Foster client relationships and deliver end-to-end solutions.
  • Communicate project updates and generate status reports.
  • Mentor teams, manage projects, and deliver client outcomes.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the financial services industry products/exposures and the product development and implementation lifecycle knowledge.

  • RBI, IRDAI, and SEBI reporting requirements must be well understood.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.
