Warehouse Manager

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced and result-oriented Warehouse Manager to lead our operations. The role requires strong expertise in end-to-end warehouse operations management, profit ownership, customer handling, and solution design.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Leadership: Manage and oversee warehouse operations, ensuring adherence to safety standards and compliance.
  • Profit Management: Full ownership of regional warehouse profits including budgeting, cost control, productivity, and profitability.
  • Operational Efficiency: Drive efficiency in inbound, storage, inventory management, order processing, picking, packing, dispatch, and returns.
  • Solutioning & Process Improvement: Design and implement customized operational solutions for customers, optimize layouts, manpower planning, and material handling systems.
  • Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships with key customers; ensure SLAs and KPIs are consistently met.
  • Team Performance: Lead, train, and motivate the operations team to deliver high performance and service excellence.
  • Compliance & Audit: Ensure adherence to statutory requirements, health & safety standards, and internal audit guidelines.
  • Technology & Automation: Implement WMS and other digital solutions to drive efficiency and visibility in operations.

Requirements:

  • 10–15 years of experience in warehouse operations & logistics, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong expertise in P&L management, operations design, and customer solutioning.
  • In-depth knowledge of warehousing processes, local compliances, and labor regulations.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
  • Proven track record of handling large-scale warehouses / multi-client facilities.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
