Conversational AI Expert

We seek a skilled Conversational AI Expert to lead our platform migration initiative and drive the adoption of Amazon Lex V2.

Job Overview:

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Amazon Lex V2, including custom intent and slot configuration, multi-turn conversations, and context management.

  • Develop scalable, production-grade Lex bots that meet functional completeness and improved user experience requirements.
  • Lead the migration of existing bots or workflows from other platforms into Lex V2.
  • Configure Amazon Lex Knowledge Bases and manage dynamic document sources (e.g., S3, SharePoint, secure portals).
  • Handle Lex bot versioning, aliasing, and promotion across environments (Dev, QA, Prod).
  • Leverage Lex's native integrations with Lambda, Amazon Connect, and Cognito to deliver advanced conversational flows.
  • Optimize language model performance using analytics and real-user feedback.
  • Collaborate with frontend, QA, and API teams to ensure successful Lex integration and functionality across platforms.

Requirements:

The successful candidate will possess:

  • Extensive hands-on experience with Amazon Lex V2.
  • Strong understanding of Lex console and API interfaces.
  • Experience integrating Lex with AWS services, including Lambda, Cognito, and Connect.
  • Knowledge of REST APIs, API Gateway, and JSON payload handling.
