Workday Data Conversion Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to assume the role of Workday Data Conversion Specialist.

This critical position plays a key part in ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and seamless transition from legacy systems to our platform.

The successful candidate will work closely with key stakeholders to drive data migration efforts, perform quality assurance, and enhance data processes. Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting data conversion, migration, and cleaning from multiple source systems.
  • Creating EIBs and Advanced Loads to convert and validate data into the Workday system.
  • Identifying anomalies in data and rectifying conversion errors.
  • Developing and utilizing data mapping tools to support conversion efforts.
  • Collaborating with project teams and stakeholders to meet project milestones.

Requirements include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Active HCM Workday certification or Data Conversion Certified (Optional).
  • Proven experience as a Data Conversion Specialist or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of data conversion methodologies, tools, and best practices.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
