Expert HCM Advisor

Our ideal candidate will be a seasoned expert in Human Capital Management (HCM) with extensive experience in Workday configuration and deployment.

  • Lead the configuration, deployment, and maintenance of Workday's Benefits, Security, Compensation modules, and Core HCM (Configuration).
  • Collaborate with HR and IT stakeholders to gather requirements, define solutions, and conduct thorough fit-gap analysis.
  • Design and maintain custom reports, calculated fields, dashboards, and business processes within Workday.
  • Ensure robust security configurations and compliance with enterprise and legal data standards.
  • Support comprehensive implementations, enhancements, upgrades, and post-go-live support activities.
  • Work closely with functional teams for integrations, UAT, data validation, and cutover activities.
  • Provide technical troubleshooting, issue resolution, and ongoing system maintenance.
  • Develop training programs and documentation for end users and facilitate knowledge transfer and support continuity.
  • Continuously optimize system configuration based on user feedback and evolving business needs.
Key Requirements

Essential Skills:

  • Hands-on experience as a Workday consultant in medium to large-scale environments.
  • Deep understanding of Workday Benefits, Security, and Compensation modules.
  • Proven track record of full lifecycle Workday implementations and support.
  • Strong skills in business process configuration, calculated fields, condition rules, security groups, and domain configuration.
  • Solid understanding of HR business processes, compliance frameworks, and data protection.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Workday certification in Benefits, Security, HCM or Compensation modules.
  • Experience with Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, or other integration tools.
  • Familiarity with other HCM modules such as Time Tracking, Recruiting, or Payroll.
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives while maintaining quality and timelines.
