Strategic Communications Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled communications expert to drive PR, brand reputation, and corporate visibility for our organization in India.

About the Role:

This is an exceptional opportunity to shape how our company is perceived by media, industry stakeholders, regulators, merchants, and consumers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Communication & Brand Building: Develop and lead our corporate communication and brand positioning strategy for the Indian market.
  • Media Relations & Thought Leadership: Build and manage strong relationships with India's top-tier business, technology, and fintech media.
  • Online Reputation Management: Lead ORM across platforms using monitoring and sentiment tools.
  • Branded IPs & Sponsorships: Conceptualize and launch branded content series and thought leadership platforms.
  • Content & Asset Development: Oversee development of key brand assets.
  • Collaboration & Stakeholder Alignment: Work cross-functionally with teams across marketing, business, management, legal & compliance, HR, and customer success.

Requirements:

  • 8-12 years of experience in PR, corporate communications, or brand management, preferably in fintech, BFSI, payments, or regulated industries.
  • Strong experience in media relations, reputation strategy, and stakeholder storytelling.
  • Familiar with handling CXO visibility and founder-led narratives.
  • Hands-on with ORM tools, sentiment tracking, and digital listening.
  • Proven experience launching branded content/IPs or sponsorship-led marketing initiatives.
  • Exceptional communication, project management, and agency leadership skills.
  • India-focused comms experience across metros, Tier 2/3 markets, and digital-first communities.
