Data Sphere Specialist Job Description

Are you a seasoned professional in data integration, modeling, and analytics? We're seeking an experienced SAP Data Sphere Specialist to join our team and contribute to our growing data efforts.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Data Model Design: Develop scalable data models in SAP Data Sphere to drive business growth.
  • Data Integration: Integrate and manage data from multiple SAP and non-SAP sources to ensure seamless operations.
  • Data Accuracy and Security: Guarantee data accuracy, quality, and security across systems to maintain trust with stakeholders.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and deliver impactful data solutions that meet customer expectations.
  • Data Pipeline Optimization: Optimize data pipelines and monitor system performance to maximize efficiency and minimize costs.
  • Support and Documentation: Provide expert support, troubleshooting, and detailed documentation to ensure knowledge sharing and continuity.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience working with SAP Data Sphere / SAP Data Warehouse Cloud.
  • SAP Knowledge: Strong understanding of SAP BW, SAP HANA, or related SAP data management tools.
  • ETL Processes: Expertise in ETL processes, data modeling, and analytics is essential for success in this role.
  • Cloud Platforms: Familiarity with cloud platforms (SAP BTP, AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
  • Problem-Solving and Communication Skills: Excellent problem-solving and communication skills are crucial for effective collaboration and stakeholder management.
  • Degree: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
