Chief Business Development Officer

We are seeking a visionary leader to drive the expansion of our brand. This is a unique opportunity for an ambitious professional to spearhead growth across multiple channels, build strong brand custodianship, and foster impact-driven storytelling.
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a multi-channel growth strategy, identify new revenue streams, and own P&L responsibility.
- Partnerships & Expansion: Drive institutional tie-ups, expand gifting programs, and explore international markets via export partners and distributors.
- Brand Custodianship: Collaborate on brand storytelling, drive awareness through wellness and sustainability narratives, and build strategic alliances.
- Operations & Team Management: Lead cross-functional teams, establish clear SOPs, and mentor and grow the team.
Requirements include 7-12 years of experience in consumer brands, FMCG, D2C, lifestyle, or wellness sectors. A proven track record of scaling businesses beyond one channel is essential. Strong P&L, business development, and operational management skills are also required. Excellent relationship-building skills with corporates and institutions are necessary.
