The Role

You will be responsible for developing and managing key accounts, achieving monthly sales targets by identifying new customers, ensuring high customer satisfaction, and upselling within existing customers. You will also coordinate pre-sales and post-sales follow-up, monitor market trends, and provide regular competitor feedback.

Ideal Profile

  • A minimum of 1 year experience in B2C sales, preferably in the insurance and real estate industry.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly goal-driven, with the ability to work well in fast-paced environments.
  • A strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders.
  • A strong networker and relationship builder.
  • Willingsness to undertake over 60% travel.
