Oracle EPM Functional Consultant Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle EPM Functional Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Financial Planning and Analysis, with hands-on experience in Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) tools.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Configure and implement Oracle EPM modules, including Planning, PBCS, and FCCS.
  • Provide functional expertise across Oracle Financial modules, ensuring compliance with financial and accounting standards.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and lead workshops.
  • Drive testing, UAT, training, go-live, and post-production support.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience as an end user, power user, or admin of leading EPM tools, including PBCS, EPBCS, EPCMCS, Hyperion Planning, Essbase, Anaplan, Tagetik, OneStream, and SAP Analytics Cloud.
  • Strong understanding and hands-on knowledge of Financial Planning and Analysis, Close, and Reconciliation.
  • 5+ years of experience in Oracle Financials (Cloud/EBS).
  • Hands-on experience with reporting tools, including Smart View, FRS, OTBI, and BI Publisher.
  • Chartered accountant or MBA finance background.
