Job Title: Oracle EPM Functional Consultant

Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Oracle EPM/Finance functional consultant with expertise in Oracle EPM Cloud (Planning, FCCS, ARCS) and Oracle Financials (Cloud or EBS). Key responsibilities include configuring and implementing Oracle EPM modules, providing functional expertise across Oracle Financial modules, collaborating with stakeholders, and driving testing, training, and support.

Required Skills:
  • 3+ years in Oracle EPM Cloud modules (Planning, FCCS, ARCS).
  • 6+ years in Oracle Financials (Cloud/EBS)
  • Strong understanding of finance processes (FP&A, close, reconciliation).
  • Hands-on experience with reporting tools: Smart View, FRS, OTBI, BI Publisher.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • Able to work independently from an offshore location.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Oracle Fusion Cloud experience.
  • Oracle certifications (EPM or Financials).
  • Background in Manufacturing, Energy, or Services domain.
  • Knowledge of integration tools like OIC, Boomi, or Informatica.
  • Chartered accountant or MBA finance background.
