Responsibilities:

  • We're looking for a skilled professional to actively participate in release and QA activities planning.
  • The ideal candidate will define the scope of work and prioritize tasks independently.
  • This role involves designing, developing, maintaining, and improving test cases and test plans according to specified requirements.
  • Responsibilities also include reporting test results and defects, analyzing and troubleshooting issues in software, and developing and maintaining automated tests.
  • The successful candidate will analyze test results and configure testing environments, design and enhance automation frameworks, and participate in team meetings.

Requirements:

  • Candidates must be able to perform both automated and manual testing.
  • A solid understanding of software development life cycles and QA processes is essential.
  • The ideal candidate will have perfect knowledge of QA processes and methodologies, including test planning, test case management tools, bug tracking systems, and software development life cycles.
  • Candidates should be able to collaborate effectively with product owners and developers, as well as work independently.
  • Self-motivation and the ability to learn new technologies quickly are highly valued.
  • Strong communication skills and English proficiency at B2 level or higher are required.
  • Familiarity with Agile software development lifecycle and the role of QA within it is necessary.
  • Candidates should have proficiency with testing tools such as TeamCity, Cucumber, WebdriverIO, and experience coding in JavaScript.
  • Solid understanding of Page Object Model is required.
  • Experience with REST API testing is an asset.
  • Proficiency with Azure DevOps is desired.

Experience:

  • At least 5 years of experience in test automation and functional testing, including practical experience in automation.
  • Candidates should be able to work independently as the sole automation engineer on a project.
