Job Title: Operations Team Lead

We are actively hiring for an experienced Team Lead to join our operations team. This is a dynamic role that requires excellent leadership and management skills.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our team, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing a team of agents to achieve daily targets;
  • Maintaining operational efficiency and effectiveness by monitoring AHT, shrinkage, attrition, CSAT, KPIs, and SLAs;
  • Developing and implementing strategies to reduce shrinkage and attrition rates through effective people management practices;
  • Collaborating with other teams to resolve issues related to rostering, contact center operations, BPO operations, call center operations, and team handling;
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures while driving business growth through innovative solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Service Management skills;
  • Experience in achieving and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction;
  • Experienced in Banking Revolut, Anti money laundering (AML), Money Laundering (ML) and KYC;
  • Manage a team of agents to achieve daily targets, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
