Job Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive design strategies to enhance workplace productivity and employee experience.
  • Collaborate closely with clients to understand their requirements, timelines, and goals, ensuring seamless project execution.
  • Prepare detailed space planning, conceptual designs, mood boards, and 3D presentations to communicate your vision effectively.
  • Source and select high-quality materials, finishes, furniture, and fixtures that align with clients' brand identity and sustainability objectives.
  • Review and approve detailed drawings and specifications before project execution to ensure accuracy and quality.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design or Architecture from an accredited institution.
  • A minimum of 4-7 years of proven experience in commercial office interiors, with a strong portfolio of successful projects.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard software, including AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and MS Office.
  • Excellent client communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex design concepts clearly and persuasively.
