About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Market Research Senior Manager to join our team.

This is a senior leadership position that requires strong strategic and analytical skills, as well as excellent communication and project management abilities.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving innovation and capability building within the market research function, including the development of new techniques and data sources, and the implementation of automation and AI solutions to enhance process efficiency and value.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading experimentation and worldwide adoption of innovative PMR solutions
  • Monitoring execution of PMR projects to support performance and growth of key brand strategies across Novartis
  • Designing and executing primary market research to surface and deliver insights to brand teams

The ideal candidate will have significant experience in managing multi-methodology market research projects encompassing multiple markets, with a strong background in project management, business acumen, and solution-orientation.

A university degree in business, statistics/mathematics, medicine, sciences, health economics, sociology, or psychology is required, as well as at least 10 years of previous work in market research or specialist agencies.
