Job Opportunity: Quality Management Expert

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill a key role in our organization.

The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing quality management processes and identifying opportunities for improvement aligned with SAP QM functionality.

  • Analyzing quality management processes to identify areas for improvement
  • Configuring and customizing the SAP QM module to support quality planning, inspection processing, and audit management
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to design effective quality management solutions
  • Conducting system testing and providing user training/documentation
  • Troubleshooting and resolving functional and technical issues
  • Participating in SAP projects including implementations, rollouts, and upgrades
  • Supporting integration between QM and other SAP modules

To be considered for this position, applicants should have at least 4 years of hands-on experience with SAP QM in ECC or S/4HANA environments.

A strong understanding of quality management principles, including inspection types, usage decisions, results recording, and quality notifications is also required.

In addition, applicants should have experience configuring quality control processes, such as incoming inspection, in-process inspection, and final inspection.

Familiarity with integration points between QM and other modules, such as MM, PP, and PM, is highly desirable.

Applicants should also have experience writing functional specifications for custom developments, reports, and interfaces related to QM.

SAP S/4HANA QM experience is a strong plus, as well as knowledge of regulatory compliance and audit support within a manufacturing or life sciences environment.

Fluency in English is required.
