Oracle SCM Consultant

Bridging Business Needs with Technical Solutions

We are seeking a seasoned Oracle SCM Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our implementation team, you will be responsible for bridging business needs with technical solutions.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement Oracle SCM applications, including Order Management, Inventory, Purchasing, and Warehouse Management Systems.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into application configurations and technical designs.
  • Perform technical customizations and integrations using Oracle Forms, Reports, Workflows, and APIs.
  • Support full lifecycle implementations, including setup, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
  • Data cleansing, auditing, and migration to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Troubleshoot issues and coordinate with cross-functional teams for resolution.
  • Develop and maintain functional and technical documentation, including solution designs and process flows.
  • Conduct knowledge transfer and training sessions for users and peer teams.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5 to 8+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle SCM modules.
  • Strong knowledge of Order-to-Cash (OTC) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.
  • Proven experience in functional configuration and technical customizations (PL/SQL, APIs, Oracle Forms/Reports).
  • Exposure to end-to-end implementation projects (new rollouts, upgrades, or major enhancements).
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work with both technical teams and business stakeholders.

Nice-to-Have:

  • Experience with Oracle Cloud SCM or migration from EBS to Cloud.
  • Domain background in manufacturing, supply chain, or retail industries.
  • Oracle certifications in SCM.
