Post-Implementation Technical Consultant

The primary role of the technical consultant is to provide post-implementation support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) to clients.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to capture technical requirements and ensure they are met.
  • Analyze business process leads and key stakeholder requirements to deliver a tailored technical solution.
  • Provide technical support for the D365 F&O platform, ensuring it is configured optimally for performance.
  • Understand business needs, determine the best technical solution, and leverage default D365 capabilities to align with strategic objectives.
  • Support testing activities, train end-users as required, and manage version control for custom code, builds, releases, and deployment.
  • Work closely with functional consultants to design MS D365 technical solutions that meet client needs.
  • Develop quality documentation as per industry standards and maintain security roles and user access management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Microsoft Dynamics Finance & Operations or D365 F&O experience.
  • D365 Support expertise.
  • Understanding of printers, handheld scanners, and F&O as a cloud-hosted application.
