About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work as an Operations Associate, supporting our content and data management processes. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with producers, manage data, ensure accurate file uploads, and maintain overall hygiene of assets in our internal systems.

The role involves handling raw data dumps from quick site searches, cleaning, organizing, and presenting them using Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, etc.). You will also work with audio producers to receive and manage audio files, use AI tools/software to assist with audio mastering, and ensure correct file versions are maintained.

You will be responsible for uploading and managing finalized master files in the Content Management System, ensuring file hygiene, metadata accuracy, and proper asset tagging. Additionally, you will learn and adapt to internal tools for data and asset management, coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve discrepancies or missing assets, and maintain process documentation to ensure compliance with operational workflows.

Requirements
  • Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, data cleaning, formatting, reporting)
  • Ability and willingness to quickly learn internal tools and systems
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data/file hygiene
  • Experience in uploading and handling digital assets (CMS knowledge preferred)
  • Good communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams
  • Prior experience in operations, content management, or data handling is a plus
