Job Overview

The Quality Assurance Analyst plays a pivotal role in the DevSecOps department, ensuring the execution, support, and continuous improvement of quality assurance processes.

This role focuses on test planning, code quality enforcement, vulnerability scanning, and release readiness, guaranteeing secure and reliable software delivery across platforms.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive test plans for application interfaces and operations.
  • Maintain high-quality standards by monitoring code quality metrics and enforcing compliance.
  • Track defects from QA findings and identify areas for process improvements.
  • Conduct regular release readiness reviews to ensure deployment meets established quality criteria.
  • Prioritize audit artifacts and prepare documentation for compliance and internal/external reviews.
  • Vulnerability Management:
  • Perform vulnerability scanning and reporting using tools such as Sonar Cloud and Visual Studio.
  • Support audit readiness and escalate unresolved security issues.
  • Collaboration & Support:
  • Participate in regular QA reviews and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive quality excellence.
  • Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting for QA-related issues.
  • Documentation & Reporting:
  • Maintain accurate system documentation and QA procedures to ensure seamless integration.
  • Prepare detailed status reports highlighting progress, testing tasks, and artifact collection.
  • Additional Responsibilities:
  • Ensure smooth operation and integration of QA processes within the DevSecOps framework.
  • Support release and deployment coordination for enhancements and integrations.
  • Provide training and support to team members on QA tools and processes.
  • Maintain organizational policies and standards adherence.
  • Key Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in QA methodologies, test planning, and defect tracking.
  • Familiarity with static code analysis, vulnerability scanning (e.g. Sonar Cloud), and relevant tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a dynamic team.
  • Relevant certifications are highly valued.
