Job Title:

Microsoft Dynamics AX Professional

As an experienced Microsoft Dynamics AX professional, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our enterprise application environment with expertise in data extraction, transformation, and performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Understand and support core Dynamics AX modules, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), Inventory Management (IM), Fixed Assets (FA), and Projects.
  • Work independently to delve into complex concepts after initial knowledge transfer.
  • Debug existing AX customizations, trace business logic in X++ and SQL, and extract transformed data from Microsoft SQL Server.
  • Write and optimize complex SQL queries for reporting and migration, perform pre- and post-validation to ensure data quality, and create documentation for SQL processes, data mappings, and validation steps.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX (2012 or later).
  • Strong knowledge of X++ development and AX architecture.
  • Proficiency in MS SQL Server and query optimization, experience with data migration, transformation, and validation.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, minimal-supervision environment.
  • Proficiency in writing complex SQL queries and optimizing scripts, solid understanding of stored procedures, triggers, and functions.
  • Knowledge of data conversion best practices, strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Familiarity with other database systems is a plus.
