Transform Complex Healthcare Workflows into Intuitive Interfaces
">We are seeking a Product Designer who can craft elegant, user-friendly solutions for complex problems in the healthcare industry.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and UI designs that directly impact the way healthcare organizations interact with our platform.
Your work will help simplify workflows for our users, enhance their experience, and contribute to better service delivery.
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience as a Product Designer, Interaction Designer, or UX/UI Designer, with a portfolio that demonstrates their design process and impact.
They should be proficient in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar, and have a solid understanding of user-centered design principles, including research, usability testing, and design iteration.
A strong understanding of design systems and creating scalable, reusable components is also essential. The ability to collaborate with developers to ensure designs are accurately implemented and meet functional requirements is crucial.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly explain design decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, are required.
- Responsibilities:
- Lead the design process for new features and product areas, ensuring that user needs and pain points are at the core of every design decision
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and user researchers, to bring product features from concept to launch
- Contribute to the evolution of our design system, ensuring consistency in visual design, user interaction patterns, and accessibility across the product
- Continuously iterate on designs based on user feedback, testing, and team input to ensure the final product meets business goals and user needs
