Job Title: Assistant Vice President

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Vice President to join our team at Deutsche Bank. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading process transformation initiatives, driving operational excellence, and delivering business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement process transformation strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new processes, systems, and technologies.
  • Lead process improvement initiatives, including data analysis, process mapping, and workflow optimization.
  • Develop and manage budgets, resource plans, and project timelines to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Provide coaching, guidance, and support to team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in financial services, preferably in investment banking operations.
  • Strong data analysis skills, including data modeling, data visualization, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Experience with tools such as Alteryx, Tableau, and SQL database management.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills.
  • Critical problem-solving skills, with the ability to think tactically and strategically.
  • Organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and achieve target deadlines.
  • Reliable and resilient, with experience of dealing with challenging situations.
  • Able to work constructively in a matrix organization.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • B.Tech/M.Tech from premier institutes.
  • Hands-on experience with data and process improvement initiatives.
