Job Title: AI Tools & Automation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled AI Tools and Automation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in implementing AI solutions, automating business processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

This role involves working closely with various departments to identify opportunities for automation, deploying AI-driven tools, and ensuring successful integration into daily operations. The specialist will be responsible for evaluating and recommending AI tools, designing and implementing automated workflows, and partnering with department heads to understand needs and ensure successful rollouts.

The successful candidate will combine technical expertise with business process understanding to drive efficiency, scalability, and innovation. Strong problem-solving and communication skills are essential, as well as the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related fields
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in AI tools, automation frameworks, or enterprise automation
  • Proven experience implementing AI solutions company-wide or in large-scale organizations
  • Strong knowledge of AI and automation platforms (e.g., n8n, UiPath, Automation Anywhere)
  • Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or Node.js for building and integrating AI solutions
  • Experience with system integration via APIs, webhooks, and ETL pipelines

Preferred Skills:

  • Hands-on experience in n8n, Cursor Ai, WindSurf, or similar platforms
  • Knowledge of cloud AI deployments (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Experience with dashboards and analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker)
  • Understanding of compliance, security, and governance in AI implementations
