Job Title: Senior Web and Mobile Application Developer

Zippy is a revolutionary two-wheeler taxi service designed to make urban transportation faster, more efficient, and affordable. Our mission is to provide a reliable, safe, and convenient way for people to navigate through congested city streets, reducing travel time and stress.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain web applications using React.js.
  • Build cross-platform mobile applications using React Native.
  • Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other developers to deliver high-quality products.
  • Optimize applications for speed and performance.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code.
  • Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party libraries.
  • Troubleshoot and debug applications on multiple platforms.
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of professional experience in React.js and React Native (Expo) development.
  • Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
  • Experience with Redux, Context API, or other state management tools.
  • Experience working with RESTful APIs and integrating backend services.
  • Familiarity with Git and modern version control systems.
  • Understanding of mobile-specific challenges and solutions (performance, device compatibility).
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Good to Have:

  • Experience with TypeScript.
  • Knowledge of Firebase.
  • Experience with CI/CD, automated testing, and deployment processes.
  • Published apps on the App Store or Google Play.
