**Job Title:** Area Sales Manager
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Area Sales Manager to join our team at Abdos Consumer Care Limited. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of sales representatives and driving business growth in their assigned territory.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives
- Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Ensure achievement of secondary/primary sales targets
- Align personal and team performance with business objectives
- Monitor market activity and identify new business opportunities
- Interview and evaluate potential distributors
- Ensure proper documentation and onboarding of new distributors
**Requirements:**
- Graduate degree in a relevant field
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
