Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Professional to join our team at Madhu Jayanti International Pvt. Ltd. as an Area Sales Executive for the HORECA sector.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing distributors to achieve sales targets and overseeing day-to-day business with HORECA customers. They will collaborate with management to implement innovative sales strategies, build strong relationships with customers, and generate management reports.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage distributors to achieve primary and secondary sales targets as per the annual business plan.
  • Oversee order collection, processing, timely delivery, and continuous improvement in service levels with HORECA customers.
  • Collaborate with management to implement innovative sales strategies and drive sales volume and profitability.
  • Build and maintain excellent relationships with customers, including Food & Beverage managers, service staff, purchase teams, and banquet managers.
  • Generate and submit management reports promptly.
  • Identify market potential to establish new accounts and drive sales growth.
Requirements
