Job Opportunity

We are seeking an accomplished Branch Sales Manager to drive sales growth and lead our allocated centres to achieve collections targets. This role demands exceptional leadership skills, effective communication abilities, and a proven track record of sales performance.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Ensure achievement of collections target set for allocated centres as per the established framework
  • Secure new members through Alternative Ownership Channels (AOC) as outlined in annexure 2
  • Achieve set targets for Cross Sell products as defined in annexure 3
  • Promote Member Retention as detailed in annexure 4
  • Emphasize Self Development as specified in annexure 5
  • Foster Process Orientation as described in annexure 6
