MEP Project Coordinator

You will be responsible for the efficient operation of mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and Optimize MEP Drawings: Ensure design accuracy and service efficiency.
  • Value Engineering and Benchmarking: Provide inputs to enhance cost-effectiveness and service standards.
  • Cost Estimation and Budgeting: Support the development of accurate budget projections for MEP scope.
  • Project Coordination: Collaborate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams for project execution.
  • Site Monitoring and Quality Assurance: Regularly inspect site progress and ensure quality standards are met.
  • Sustainability Initiatives: Lead initiatives for sustainable practices such as STP, WTP, rainwater harvesting, and green building.
  • MIS Reporting and Financial Management: Prepare reports, certify bills, and manage MEP budgets.
  • Equipment Installation and Commissioning: Possess hands-on experience with high-end equipment installation and commissioning.

A university degree or diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering and/or Building Management is required. A minimum of 2 years work experience in a similar role is also essential.
