Role Overview
This is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Founder's Associate. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting the CEO of our short-term rental and hospitality company. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee staff, manage daily operations, ensure deadlines are met, and handle key operational and administrative tasks to drive business growth.
Responsibilities
- Supervise a team of staff, ensuring they follow company protocols and meet performance expectations.
- Implement and track operational processes and workflows to ensure timely and efficient completion of tasks.
- Provide administrative assistance to the CEO, including preparing reports, presentations, and other business documentation.
- Handle incoming communication and triage important matters requiring CEO attention.
