About the Opportunity:

  • Design Advanced AI Solutions: Develop and fine-tune multilingual Small Language Models with advanced AI capabilities for applications such as travel expertise and customer support assistance.
  • Build Custom NLP Systems: Create custom Natural Language Inference models to improve preference-based SLM training, enhancing multi-agent response quality and relevance.
  • Develop Active Learning Pipelines: Design and implement active learning pipelines for data and models, supporting NLP, Named Entity Recognition, conversational latent intent/concepts, and domain-specific SLM training.
  • Architect Conversational AI Systems: Architect and enhance conversational AI systems to dynamically adapt and comprehend concepts/intents, NLP, and NER tasks across multiple business domains.
  • Mentor Engineering Teams: Guide engineering teams in advanced SLM and Generative AI analytics, fostering growth and innovation.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions that impact millions of users, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Deploy Large-Scale Operations: Focus on hosting and deploying Generative AI models on robust infrastructure to support large-scale operations.

Requirements:

  • NLP Expertise: Deep experience in Natural Language Processing (NLP & NLI), small language models, base language model retraining, and transformer architectures.
  • Conversational NLP: Extensive experience in conversational NLP systems, including SLM adaptor fine tuning, SFT training, and retriever frameworks in Q&A bots.
  • Active Learning Pipelines: Preferably experience in building NLP active learning pipelines and scaling models to large-scale search systems.
