Water Supply Project Management Opportunities

We are seeking a seasoned project manager to oversee the successful execution of water supply and irrigation projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing project plans that meet timelines, resource allocation, and cost estimates.

  1. Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans considering factors such as timelines, resource allocation, and cost estimates.
  2. Resource Allocation: Plan and manage resources, manpower, and materials to achieve planned performance.
  3. Budget Management: Prepare budgets and manage projects according to budget, controlling costs and achieving targeted margins.
  4. Progress Monitoring: Monitor and control project progress by making necessary adjustments to meet objectives.
  5. Issue Resolution: Resolve issues related to Forest Permissions, Highway Permissions, and Local Bodies Permissions.
  6. Quality Control: Execute quality control measures, safety rules, and regulations.
  7. Team Environment: Foster a collaborative and high-performance working environment.
  8. Financial Acumen: Possess knowledge of accounting principles, financial aspects, risk management, and strategic decisions.
  9. Tender Knowledge: Have expertise in tender clauses, billing, department correspondence, and claims.
  10. Construction Expertise: Familiarity with construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.

This role requires 7-10 years of experience in executing water supply and irrigation projects. The ideal candidate should possess a BE/B.Tech/ME Civil qualification and excellent communication and negotiation skills.
