Risk Management Specialist

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our fraud investigation efforts, ensuring thorough and effective management of cases. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in investigative work, with expertise in analyzing complex situations and developing strategic plans.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive investigations into reported frauds, identifying root causes and recommending corrective actions;
- Collaborate with internal teams to review and assess control gaps, ensuring adequate coverage and process improvement;
- Develop and implement 360-degree investigation strategies to address allegations of fraud and process lapses;
- Provide guidance and support to junior investigators, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning;
Requirements
- Proven experience in fraud investigation and management, with a strong track record of success;
- Advanced analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop strategic recommendations;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams;
