Delivery Excellence Manager

As a seasoned delivery professional, you will be responsible for managing plant engineering services delivery to committed service levels and customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities include:
- Lead planning, execution, and delivery of customer projects, ensuring adherence to agreed timelines and budget.
- Collaborate closely with customers to understand requirements, manage expectations, and ensure client satisfaction.
- Oversee customer-deployed resources, ensuring their performance, managing attrition, and streamlining replacement processes.
- Proactively propose continuous improvement in customer projects by adopting industry best practices and incorporating innovations and emerging technologies.
Required skills and qualifications:
15+ years of experience in managing cross-discipline delivery projects in plant engineering domain- Familiarity with plant engineering disciplines (e.g., piping, electrical, instrumentation, Civil/Structural, Mechanical, Process etc) and associated tools
- Deep understanding of plan engineering services domain, market trends, and emerging technology trends
- Proven expertise in managing large cross-functional teams, driving performance, and ensuring team motivation
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients and internal teams
- Analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with an ability to thrive in high-pressure, dynamic environments
- Experience in financial management and resource allocation
